Ground rules to ensure fair and honest competition:

1. The team should have people from the same organisation. An external consultant who is involved with your organisation an be a part of the team, after consulting with ANZ.
2. The teams can use their own tools (or open-source tools) to bring their ideas to life.
3. During registration, mention official email addresses of the team lead and team members. The initial team names are required at the time of registration. Please note that the teams can change members before the registration closes on 26 June.
4. The teams can withdraw their participation three weeks before the event.
5. If a registered team doesn’t show up, the team will automatically be disqualified
6. At the Ideation Stage and on Exhibit day, the teams should show a demo of the first prototype or outcomes in any format like videos or visualizations from tools. Just a presentation of the idea is not enough! The jury will take a critical look at it.
7. The Hackfest is open to all practicing professionals
   - Participants must be above the age of 18 years.
   - Each team size should be between 3 to 6 members.
   - An individual may join only one team. A team entering the Hackfest must appoint a 'Team Leader' to register, represent, act, and submit ideas.
   - Organising Committee members and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Hackfest.
